DESCRIPTION:The eLearning Africa annual conference and exhibition\, which was established in 2005\, is the largest and most comprehensive knowledge sharing event for digital education\, training and skills on the African continent. \nIt is a global forum for everyone with an interest in education\, training and skills development in Africa. In the past years it has offered thousands of professionals in education\, training and development invaluable insights into the evolving world of technology learning.  \n→2024 Host Country & Theme\nThe 17th Edition of eLearning Africa will be held from 29 – 31 May\, 2024 in Kigali\, the booming capital city of Rwanda at the Kigali Convention Center. \nKigali has become known for its ICT-based initiatives in a variety of sectors and services. The city’s enthusiasm for new\, tech-based solutions has led observers to refer to it as the “Innovation City of Africa”. Kigali is also one of Africa’s most attractive cities – eLearning Africa participants will be able to take advantage of its bustling streets\, ridges\, valleys\, and lush hillsides\, not to mention Rwanda’s world renowned Gorilla trekking tours\, only a short journey away. \nThe overall theme for the 17th edition of eLearning Africa is: \n“Education Fuels Innovation\, Investment Amplifies Skills: Africa’s Vibrant Leap Forward”  \nA unique event\, Africa’s largest conference and exhibition on technology supported learning\, training and skills development\, eLearning Africa is a network of experts\, practitioners\, policy makers and investors committed to the future of education and training. \nIt provides a diverse\, content rich and thought-provoking programme\, which includes pre-conference workshops and launches\, plenary sessions\, debates\, discovery demos\, knowledge factories and an annual Ministerial Round Table\, as well as a large exhibition and demonstration area hosting leading international and African educational and technology organisations across sectors in Africa.
